This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the ISC Operations Supervisor. Schedule: Thursday-Monday, 9:00am PST-5:30pm PST. Off Tuesday and Wednesday What you will do: + Manage scheduling and assignment of installation work orders. + Interact with contracted installation technicians as well as our Business Development Managers to schedule sales installations, service requests and other customer needs as necessary. + Manage caseload associated with contractor work orders as well as processing technician work order approvals and payments to meet service level agreements. + Achieve monthly quotas through ensuring contractor installs are completed in a timely and cost-efficient manner. + Responsible in meeting response time service level agreements for internal customer related inquiries + Actively work service and repair and install dashboards to monitor at risk work orders as well as respond to technician inquires. + Work directly with Inside Sales Representatives to understand current sales volume and scheduling needs while ensuring all standard operational processes are followed. + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: + Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. + Scheduling experience is a plus. + Strong interpersonal skills and works well in a team environment. + Must be detail oriented. + Strong verbal and written communications skills. + Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. + Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is a plus. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills. + Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes. + Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment. + Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality. + Willingness and ability to work flexible hours + Reliable and predictable attendance is required + Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams) Physical Demands : + Sitting, standing, and walking (95-100%) + Keyboarding (40-60%) + Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone screen requiring close vision (40-60%) Work Environment: + 100% Remote: Work environment is at home Compensation: $18.00/hr plus Inside Sales Team bonus.
