Closets By Design, Inc., the industry leading manufacturer of fine quality custom closets, garage systems, home offices, and organizing storage needs seeks a qualified Installation Manager to lead installation personnel and provide support to insure a high percentage of job completions. The installation Manager will drive client satisfaction through high quality installations, superior communication, and tenacious follow through.

Key Responsibilities

Provides daily support to installation personnelSchedules jobs and services in an effort to maximize install value potentialProvides training, coaching, counseling and encouragement to installation teamLeadership and coordination of 5-7 installation personnel and fleet vans which are loaded and deployed daily to residential locationsManages all aspects of installation department including managing and leading installers and installer assistants (helpers)Manages initial material load and accuracy, van deployment and arrival, complete installation, deposit collection, and ultimate customer satisfaction.Schedules and manages each installation and service project from start to finishInteracts with customers, designers and the production departmentPlaces a high emphases on a high level of customer service and accounts receivablesTravels occasionally off-site to perform client surveysCommunicates management directives to field staff to ensure complianceFollows up on customer satisfaction issues and drives resolution striving for 100% customer satisfaction

Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience)

3-5 years experience in a consumer installation environment is highly desiredMinimum of two years supervisory experienceExcellent conflict resolution skillsSkillful management ability to manage and develop peopleAbility to communicate with staff at all levels of the organizationMust be able to demonstrate superior customer service skills from prior work experiencesExceptional organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skillsAbility to manage staff, responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced environment
