Installation Manager Retail

Through a mix of sound strategy, breakthrough creative and flawless execution, we create memorable trade show exhibits, live and virtual events, brand activations, retail stores, corporate environments and other immersive experiences that deepen relationships, inspire action, and build trust--and we do it all over the world. **Summary** The Installation Manager Retail oversees and manages all phases of nationwide retail fixture and millwork installations. This position will support our Retail division. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of Dallas, TX or Philadelphia, PA. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Oversee contractors to ensure adherence to quality and timelines. Conducting training and offering hands-on guidance to installation crews. + Act as a liaison between the Client Store Planning Group, Construction Managers, and General Contractors. Address and resolve design, engineering, and construction-related issues. Regular on-site visits to keep communication and oversight. + Work with manufacturing and operational teams to troubleshoot technical challenges. Provide solutions that align with both project and operational goals. + Plan and oversee project timelines to meet client expectations. Coordinate schedules for warranty services and punch list resolutions. + Manage all contractor documentation, including issuing Purchase Orders, invoice approvals, and developing quotes/scopes of work. + Respond to and fulfill client installation requests effectively while adapting to changing requirements. **Education & Experience** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. + Two to five years of experience as an installation manager, scheduler, or similar positions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. + Familiarity with the construction industry, technical terms, processes, and documentation (e.g., blueprints, technical specs, and project scopes). + Ability to handle client-related issues with a sense of urgency, ensuring prompt responses to email and telephone inquiries. + Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical, as much of the correspondence will occur through email. Ability to engage effectively with external and internal stakeholders. + Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset. Readiness to provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed. + Strong problem solving skills: skilled at navigating challenging situations by analyzing options, prioritizing effectively, and implementing solutions collaboratively within a team. + Strong technical proficiency: experienced with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and various project management tools/software. + Strong time management skills and initiative: highly motivated and able to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities. + Strong administrative and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. + Positive mindset with a strong commitment to collaboration and supporting team goals. **Travel Requirements** Travel 25% to 50% **What We Offer** Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
