Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Installation Manager (Richmond, VA) to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will work as a member of the Field Business Team. You will be responsible for developing project plans in support of all product-related installations, which would include physical and electronic security systems and cash automation. Direct the Installation Resources and ensuring our quality standards are being met is key to success. You will be working closely with our National Project Manager and the Sales Channels associates in developing, implementing, and installation product solutions. As an Installation Manager, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

Convergint's greatest strength is our people! Manager JSOP workbook to ensure accurate monthly forecast by area, update workbook weekly and provide month end performance to forecast feedback. Manage installation technicians and subcontractor workforce to meet and exceed customer expectations. Manage projects within the order allowances to meet financial goals Complete site surveys and identify appropriate equipment, parts and labor to complete requested scope. Maintain proper resource levels skilled internal and external subcontractor labor workforce. Communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization escalating and resolving issues Achieve/exceed internal implementation team goals and customer’s quality expectations Ensure compliance to corporate policies & procedures and administrate required technician safety training Responsible to protect corporate assets including building branch locations, branch-product inventories and ensure proper vehicle maintenance is completed on a timely basis Participate with Sales, Operations and Service associates at various levels to develop product implementation strategies and action plans Evaluate installation team performance metrics and recommend corrective action Additional duties as assigned by management
