Your Role

We are looking for an Installation Quality Specialist in Barcelona, responsible for ensuring excellence in delivery and installation (D&I) through training, certification, and quality audits, while monitoring feedback to drive solutions and enhance logistics partner performance.

Your Impact Ensure adequate installation competence coverage across our installation network (3PLs, After Sales Tech) through e-learning platform certifications, training classes, and on-the-job training. Verify the cascading of D&I guidelines and protocols across the network (e.g., fixing requirements, etc.). Monitor market feedback (NPS, FFM, Snagging) to identify failures in delivery and installation processes; propose solutions to identified issues and escalate to HQ Quality and Logistics Department when necessary. Perform quality audits on installations to verify that Technogym D&I protocols are duly respected by logistics partners. Ensure proper use and adoption of the Technogym Installation Form. Perform audits to verify that products requiring fixing are correctly installed. Verify that logistics partners comply with HSE requirements and contractual obligations regarding required certifications. Monitor snagging cases, NPS, and feedback from the market (FFM) to identify recurring D&I failures. Oversee 3PL-related improvement plans for logistics operations issues. Approve and verify extra costs related to installation jobs. Prepare and share periodic reports with CM and HQ to monitor Quality D&I KPIs. About You Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, auditing, or management of installation/logistics processes. Proven experience working with logistics partners (3PLs) and overseeing delivery and installation processes. Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and applicable regulations. Knowledge of SAP. Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese or Italian are a plus.
