Our installation team is a key link in the quality of accessory products, and installation supervision is an essential process inspection personnel. To developing offshore wind power 66kV accessory business in 2024, we need enhance the installation capability and we are looking for a new member to join us.

GETTING A FLYING START
As an Installation Supervision, you'll coordinate installation work at the installation site, including communication between the factory, installation team, on-site construction cooperation, supervise the execution of installation process requirements during the accessories installation. 

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
1、Guide and supervise the process execution of the installation process;
2、Regular training for installation teams;
3、Communicate the coordination and cooperation work on the installation site:
4、Cooperate with the technical department to continuously improve the product;

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN
Education:High school or technical secondary school education or above
Experience: At least three years of experience in installing accessories
Skill:
1、Good communication and coordination skills;
2、Familiar with and proficient in various operational skiIls required in the installation process of cable accessories, including cable handling, shielding layer polishing, lead sealing, and assembly 
3、Ability to perform high-altitude operations
