Installations Support Coordinator (Hybrid & Travel opportunity!) Your Tasks As the Installations Support Coordinatoryou will play a critical role for the project management and installation teams. You will work with multiple departments to accomplish the mission of delivering a 5-star customer experience in the healthcare space. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated, independent administrative professional with experience supporting projects in the construction industry. Primary Work Location:This position is primarily work from home butdoes require a presence at our Ladson, SC officeat least one-time per week; this will fluctuate based on the needs of the business. Travel:Up to 50% nationally for training, conferences, and occasional site visits (we do not anticipate this being 50% consistently, but may be necessary during peak times). Sites visits may require being away from home for up to 2 weeks, especially during training in the first year. Residency near a major US airport is required. Compensation:$25-$27 / hour How you will impact Belimed and our clients + Act as liaison for the Project and Installations teams, providing the critical link between the support office and field + Report weekly to the National Manager of Installations on outstanding issues within functional areas + Dispatch installation service orders within the organization + Upload and ensure compliance for Quality Work Instruction documents to the device history record (DHR) + Participate as needed in reviews to ensure order and customer requirements are synced by working directly with P&D, Project Management, and Sales Administration + Participate in the internal project review process + Work with field teams and technical support to identify failed, damaged or missing parts encountered during installation + Act as a resource for field teams for scheduling temporary labor and rental equipment What you need to succeed + High School Diploma or equivalent + 1-2 years’ professional experience in field service, warehousing, coordinating and managing remote projects, and/or logistics + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) + Excellent customer service, problem solving and negotiation skills + Ability to adapt to change & learn quickly to accommodate the evolving needs of the business + Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate a collaborative and positive working environment with all stakeholders + Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize + Professional written and verbal communication skills + Ability to research and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions + Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality outputs + Experience with CRM & SAP software + Must be able to lift 50 lbs. from the floor to chest height safely, and unassisted as required + Must be able to travel up to 50% during peak periods, for up to 2-weeks at a time Join our team and take your career further! >>>APPLY ONLINE NOW As a full-time team member, you will be eligible for our excellent benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, 401(k) with a company match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and more!
