Job Description

As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within Installed Base process you are responsible for the registration of installed products based on sales orders and handover documents. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer’s needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

Your role:

Registration of installed products based on sales orders and handover documentsMaintaining customer installed base for parts consumption and removal of defective itemsCarrying out on daily basis analysis of data accuracy including providing data for field auditsUpdating statuses of installed products e.g. scrapped, storage, dismantled, operationalReceiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requestsDeveloping and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers

You're the right fit if:

You have a bachelor’s degreeYou have fluent English (C1 level)You have min. 6 months of professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain, or accounting operationsYou enjoy having direct contact with customers and keep a high standard of communicationYou bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.You have comprehensive PC skills, and knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantageYou are not afraid of change and have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.You have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunitiesYou have good organizational skills and an aptitude for details
