Service Business Process Owner
Your role and responsibilitiesJoin our Business Process & Enablement Team at ABB, where we oversee the Electrification Service processes. As a team, we bridge the gap between business and IT, which means you'll have the unique opportunity to learn how applications are developed and how they support business users on a global scale.We're currently seeking an Implementation Specialist to support the implementation and development of Installed Base Management tools and processes. In this role, you'll have the chance to work directly with business users from around the world and collaborate with the IS application teams to address their issues.• Onboarding local teams into Installed Base Management processes• Work closely with local and regional Installed Base Coordinators in onboarding and collecting users’ feedback• Analyze big data to identify data quality issues and working on improvements • Support historic service reports digitalization• Maintain SharePoint and Viva Engage communication platforms and keep training materials up to date• Supporting users in data analysis - creating ad hoc reports and dashboards in Power BI• Translating users' feedback into requirements • Collaborate with the IS application support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues• Contribute to the success of a global team.
Qualifications for the roleExcellent spoken and written EnglishBachelor’s degree in a field of Management or Computer ScienceProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI is a plusPassion for IT and new technologies, with a desire to learn and grow your skillsFamiliarity with an AI tools and solutions is a plusFamiliarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plusFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
