Who are we?

The Installed Base team focuses on providing high quality support services for Customer Centers globally. The team and role are responsible for entering and maintaining high quality data and processes related to the compressor Installed Base and other related master data subjects, both on day to day requests as well as global pro-active initiatives.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

Take on the role of Installed Base expert for several Customer Centers. This includes entering equipment data in SAP, making changes in existing records and help maintain the overall quality of equipment master data.Liaise with our Master Data Management hub when processes are lacking and assist with mass cleanup actions.Structurally grow the competence of the Customer Centers globally, supporting the adoption of best practices.Organize the process of cooperation and communication with supported Customer Centers to ensure successful onboarding onto the Installed Base Hub.Support the Installed Base team in rollout of new system functionalities towards the Customer Centers (guide Customer Centers when new flows and features are implemented in ERP)Remain critical for potential of automation and improvement, especially for high volume requests. You and your team are specialists so your target is to be truly more efficient in comparison to the same activities locally in a customer center.Create and follow a standard scope of work, contributing to person and location independent support for all customer centers, supported by the Hub Process Engineer.Occasional travel to the supported countries may be required.
