Job Summary

This job provides support to the Solar Panel Installation team as an installation helper. It involves working at heights, handling various tools and equipment, and ensuring that all installations meet safety standards and customer specifications. Works on straight forward tasks using established procedures.

Assisting in the installation of solar panel systems, including mounting panels and racking, and wiringUsing hand and power tools to install rackingServicing the solar system as neededPerforming jobs from high places (i.e. on roofs) including climbing ladders with proper equipment and materialsAdhering to all quality and safety codesRegular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Base Pay: $18.00
