We’re seeking a dedicated Window Treatment Installer to join our local team, specializing in the installation of blinds, shades, shutters, and more. + Compensation: This is a full time, W2 role with an hourly pay rate. Offers will be made to qualified candidates in the range of $20-22/hour, experience-dependent.

What You’ll Do
+ Craftsmanship Excellence: Use your carpentry skills to install custom window treatments, enhancing each home’s style and functionality.
+ Problem Solving: Approach installation challenges with creativity and adaptability.
+ Client Service: Educate clients on their new window treatments, sharing tips for care and maintenance.
+ Professional Presentation: Ensure your workspace is clean and maintain a professional appearance for every client interaction.
What We’re Looking For
+ Experienced Installer: Ideally, you have 3+ years in carpentry or a similar field. Experience in technical installation (such as cable or construction) is a plus.
+ Adaptable & Resourceful: Able to navigate dynamic work environments and handle unexpected situations positively.
+ Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for precision, with pride in delivering high-quality results.
+ Clear Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and ensure smooth service.
+ Physical Readiness: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and using ladders for installations.
+ Driver’s License Required: A valid license for traveling in our service area with a company van.
