Institutional Accounts Development Manager

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Identification of opportunities and development of partnerships with different types of strategic accounts Establishing the critical value from the customers’ perspective to create the need for our brands Developing and executing programs and engagements that would establish long term partnerships for sustained results

Job Details:

Understanding individual account’s business model, strategic direction, and business issues Mapping and engagement of stakeholders in different institutions that influence strategic decisions for our company's brands Initiates, formulates and leads the development and execution of account-specific strategic and tactical plans to drive top and bottom lines Develop detailed account profiles that will serve as a tool for investment and optimization Seeks & initiates engagement with key relevant organizations that can influence strategic accounts and stake holders Deliver Business Results and mastery of business processes of varied institutional accounts:

Affiliating & providing appropriate engagements like trainings & workshops to HSPs to  reach more corporations for more sustained resultsActivation of new business including industrial accounts until reaching saturation pointWidening portfolio within existing accounts Create need for our brands to be included in government, civic organizations & NGO projects & initiativesUnderstanding & seeking different government & NGO funding for repeated & sustained businessEstablish inventory level to ensure product availability all the timesMastery of ordering and delivery system of accounts

Requirements:

•          Minimum 2-5 years of experience in account management / sales / customer service
