Institutional Client Relationship Manager

Role Summary:

The Client Relationship Management roles exist to build and nurture strong trust-based relationships between the clients and ATRAM. While selling and distributing ATRAM’s products and services is an important aspect of the role, the primary objective extends to understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty. By prioritizing the growth of the client’s portfolio alongside fostering a deep connection with the entity, this role aims to deliver sustainable revenue growth for ATRAM while positioning ATRAM as a trusted partner in the client’s financial journey.

The Institutional Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with institutional clients such as pension funds, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, and other corporate entities. They provide strategic financial solutions, investment advisory, and client servicing to drive business growth.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including, but not limited to, pension funds, foundations, schools, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, etc. Serve as primary contact for institutional clients, addressing their investment needs and objectives; Conduct regular meetings and portfolio reviews, and continuously assess client requirements and ensure satisfaction with ATRAM Work closely with Investments to be able to provide market insights and investment recommendations tailored to institutional clients Meet the flows and revenue targets of the business through growth of clients’ AUM. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management Ensure all institutional client transactions and engagements comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies Maintain strong knowledge of evolving regulations impacting the institutional segment and investments Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure proper documentation, reporting and KYC/AML adherence Conduct periodic risk assessments, accounts review of clients’ portfolios and investment strategies

Customer Service and Communication:

As main relationship contact the RM provides timely responses to client inquiries and service requests; Assist in resolving issues related to account management, trade execution, and reporting Ensure that investment or account related transactions are facilitated and processed on a timely basis and to completion Ensure clients have access to events, financial insights, and new product ideas and launches
