In this role, you will:
Required Qualification:
6+ months of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a business-related field is strongly preferredStrong Knowledge of Securities market rules and regulations including SEC, OFAC, OCC, CFTC and FINRA and anyother key regulatory policies and rules will be added advantage.Knowledge and understanding of Money Market, Fixed Income, Capital markets, Foreign Exchange, LoanIQ, Continued Linked Settlements (CLS), SWIFT MT Messages, Confirmations & Settlements, Reconciliation, Compensations.Ability to independently research and analyze financial documentsAbility to understand and work with data, including creating alignment among various data sources, developing trends, and creating risk-based analytics from multiple information sources.Knowledge of client on-boarding and Trade Life-CycleStrong analytic ability, with high attention to detail, accuracy and strong problem solving skillsAbility to communicate (written/verbal) effectively at all organizational levelsAbility to plan and organize workload within tight deadlines, meeting day-to-day objectives as well as longer term strategic goalsPerform analysis of, and make recommendations on functionality/efficiency of established controls and processes to ensure appropriate risk based operational procedures are in place and are meeting regulatory requirements/expectationsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalPrevious experience in Operations and/or Financial Services industry - Relevant work experience of 6+ months in one or a combination of the following: Voice Back ground, Client facing role, Back office, middle office, business operations, & compliance and client onboarding within Corporate Investment Banking or Wealth Investment Management.Knowledge and understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, Word.Knowledge and Exposure to appliations like ADFlow, DTCC ALERT, FXALL, MISYS, GTSS, Bloomberg, & Bankers Almanac will be an added advantage.Ability to research, compile, and perform complex analysis on critical operational dataBe highly collaborative and team-orientedDemonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with impacted areas to understand complex problemsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environmentStrong multi-tasking abilities in a high performance, high demand environmentAbility to think strategically, drive consensus and influence decision makingPosting End Date:
