Instore & Field Activation Expert (m/f)
Bayer SPA is looking for a smart and brilliant Instore and Field Activation Expert to contribute to the business growth of the Consumer Health Sales Division.
He/she will be responsible to define most effective Instore Visibility tools and Promotion activities attracting Shopper to drive sell-out of Bayer CH Brands.
MAIN TASK AND RESPONSABILITIES:
Lead the ideation and execution of instore visibility tools for all CH brands, tailored to categories, brands, and channelsDevelop in-depth knowledge of shopper behavior to optimize visibility strategiesBuild strong partnerships with external agencies to drive innovation in instore activationsCollaborate with Shopper Category Lead, Marketing Team, and Sales Team to execute plans and deliver effective solutionsManage part of the Trade Marketing budget for instore activations and set ROI targets for major activationsWork with Innovation and Digital teams to scale successful pilot programsContribute to the EMEA “Instore Activation” communityDrive the ideation and execution of POS promotional events tailored to categories, brands, and channelsFoster relationships with external agencies to create innovative promotional activitiesEnsure promotional events comply with legal, fiscal, and regulatory standardsProvide commercial guidelines and support CH Sales Force in executing distribution strategies with Elanco and Ascensia teams for pharmacy partnerships
WHO YOU ARE:
Master’s degree in communications and marketing or related field. Candidates with scientific master’s degree will also be consideredAt least 5 years of commercial experience in the Pharmacy Channel Strong understanding of the Pharmacy Channel and its sub-channels (independent pharmacies, Networks and Chains Pharmacies)Familiarity with Marketing Rules and Instore Sales Drivers criteriaExperience collaborating with Sales and Demand Planning TeamsResidence or domicile in Lombardia, Emilia and Piemonte. Availability to be frequently at the Milan office is requiredGood knowledge of English and Italian mother tongue
