Overview
We are hiring at The Richardson School, a MyPath Company. As the name states we are part of the path of those that enter this school. As an instructional aide you are responsible for caring for the students directly. For this role, relationship building is essential as the students will participate in camp, respite and other programs. As the instructional aide you are asked to meet the students’ needs in education, treatment, behavioral and hygiene.

As an Instructional Aid having empathy and understanding of the emotional and developmental disabilities of the people you serve is essential. The Richardson School will provide training to use proper interventions and approaches while helping students with their daily needs.
As an Instructional Aide, you will:
