Instructional Design Associate (REMOTE)

What you will do:

As our Instructional Design Associate, you will be responsible for measuring the success of educational programs by gathering and analyzing customer feedback, administering the Learning Management System (LMS), and performing other related duties. Additionally, you will be involved in evaluating the effectiveness of our educational programs and ensuring it aligns with organization goals and meet our stakeholder needs.

Due to business needs, a strong preference will be given to candidates residing in the central and eastern time zones.

Collaboration: Be aware of stakeholder collaboration efforts and training needs analysis process.

Instructional design: Understand the instructional design process, including ADDIE model. Under supervision, assist in the development of educational content as needed.

Transfer of knowledge: Support transfer of knowledge (TOI) sessions as needed, including scheduling assistance and collection and distribution of meeting notes.

Evaluation: Collect, analyze and report on educational program metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Customer education: Understand and follow standard operating procedures put in place for efficient delivery of basic customer education by serving as an administrator for the learning management system (LMS).

Inventory: Assist in keeping detailed records of all course offerings, ensuring all materials are documented, version-controlled, adhere to brand standards, and easily accessible through LMS and/or document repository tools.

Product: Possess a basic understanding of the Acute Care solutions.

Tools: Possess a basic understanding of eLearning development tools (ex: Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), video editing software (Ex: Camtasia), and Learning Management Systems.

What you need:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or in lieu of a degree, an additional 6 years of work experience is needed to be a qualified candidate.

1-2 years’ experience in administrative support, coordinator role or analyst role strongly preferred.

Training support experience is strongly preferred.

Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint is needed for this role.

Experience in LMS systems preferred

Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models is also preferred (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy)

$58,700 - $118,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
