Summary

The Revenue Enablement Team is seeking an Instructional Design Intern to engage in sales effectiveness training development. This position offers the unique opportunity to integrate instructional design theories and practices within a dynamic business setting, while contributing to the success of the sales team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and revision of training materials. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content. Employ multimedia tools for high-quality learning assets. Create assessments from learning assets. Manage project documentation.

 

Required Education and Experience

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate-level degree in a relevant field of study, such as Instructional Design, Educational Technology or a related discipline. Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher. Strong preference of junior, senior, and graduate-level students. Prior internship experience is beneficial but not required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Familiarity with instructional design models. Familiarity with adult learning theories. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel. Familiarity with course development software. Proactive: Takes initiative and is eager to learn. Detail-Oriented: Pays attention to detail and ensures accuracy in work. Team Player: Works well in a team environment and collaborates effectively Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative and cross-functional team setting.
