Summary of This RoleHeartland’s Learning & Development team is looking for a Promising Entrepreneur (known as an Intern elsewhere) to join our dynamic group for Summer 2025! As an Instructional Design Liaison for the Heartland Payroll Learning & Development team, you will partner with subject matter experts across the business to support content development, design, and upkeep of all training resources for consistency and excellence, focusing on e-learning content.
What Part Will You Play?
Develop training content including, but not limited to: Articulate 360, Google Slides, Quick Reference Guides/Training Guides, etc.
Develop and maintain training content, supporting resources, and operational tools according to the Training Department branding and standards of excellence
LMS management
Work independently on special training projects to support the Learning and Development team
Understand the evolution of the payroll operations organization and current/future payroll initiatives
Contribute to the on-going innovation of the design and representation of training content
What Are We Looking For in This Role?Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a related degree program (B.S. or Master’s degree) from an accredited college or university
Experience with Articulate 360
Passion for Learning & Development
Strong professional drive
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with creative or technical writing or editing skills
This role will be located in OKC
