What You’ll Do
You’ll support the standardization of design within TTEC’s Learning Solutions practice. You will collaborate with the client project managers to assign necessary resources for the analysis, timeline, and ramp plan for a client. You will collaborate with clients regarding training and knowledge base resources and processes and will serve as liaison with Learning Solutions team, ensuring communication related to project milestones, soliciting contribution from matrix resources, and collaborating with other stakeholders/resources as needed to build effective learning solutions for our clients.

You'll report to Instructional Design Senior Manager. We are looking for candidates to embrace our integrated set of Learning Innovation capabilities and provide standardization of design for the delivery of transformative learning solutions to our clients.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

Lead and Develop a Remote Team – Manage a multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed team of designers, fostering collaboration and innovation. Drive Standardization and Quality – Ensure alignment with TTEC and client processes, tools, and templates while maintaining high standards for curriculum and knowledge management. Maintain and Foster Client and Stakeholder Engagement – Serve as the primary liaison, building strong partnerships, identifying risks, and positioning learning solutions for both internal and external clients. Employ Strategic Project Management – Oversee planning, resourcing, and execution of learning initiatives, including new launches, curriculum development, and knowledge base optimization. Provide Financial and Resource Oversight – Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution without overcommitting resources. Innovate and Optimize Learning Solutions – Implement cutting-edge learning strategies, including knowledge management and curriculum innovation, to support operational goals and performance metrics. Measure Success and Drive Continuous Improvement – Develop and track key metrics, analyze learning effectiveness, and report insights to enhance learning impact and business outcomes.


What You Bring to the Role

Educational and Technical Expertise – Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Cognitive Science, IT, or a related field; certifications in UX/UI, digital learning, or graphic design are a plus. Instructional Design and Technology Skills – Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, learning design tools, audio/video editing, graphic design, and prototyping tools; experience with game-based learning, JavaScript, 3D software, VR/AR, and AI-based adaptive learning systems is a plus. Research & Analytical Abilities – Strong skills in focus groups, usability sessions, SME interviews, and learning data analysis to measure training impact. Project Management and Agile Mindset – Experience with Agile/Scrum, task management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Trello, Monday, MS Project), and productivity software to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Creativity and Innovation – A high level of creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail in designing engaging, effective learning experiences. People and Community Engagement – Strong people management skills, ability to foster online learning communities, and experience with social media tools, knowledge management, and user-generated content. Communication and Collaboration – Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, technical writing abilities, and a willingness to travel internationally up to 25% preferred.
