Your knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and multi-media use will drive the elevation of engaging learning experiences. Your proficiency in eLearning authoring tools will demonstrate limitless creative possibilities. We’re looking for someone who is ready to make an impact on the world class training content for our UBS Wealth Advice Center employees.
You will:
• utilize authoring tools to design, develop, and maintain multi-media driven learning experiences (e.g., eLearning, video, narration, graphics)
• apply knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design to create learning experiences that are inspiring and impactful
• work in partnership with the WAC Leadership Team, internal business partners, external vendors, tech, and marketing to help craft a modern approach to learning
• o-lead the design of learning strategies and solutions to meet business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement within the scope of responsibilities
• identify and convert existing training materials into multi-media channels as appropriate using instructional design experience and judgement
• maintain and ensure consistency and quality in training content and tools
• research and resolve content ambiguities based on incomplete or inaccurate information by partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• effectively communicate basic and advanced instructional design concepts and processes to internal customer groups
