Job Title: Instructional Designer

Job Description

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to develop effective and engaging learning experiences and materials that support organizational goals. This role involves analyzing training needs, designing instructional strategies, and creating multimedia learning content. The Instructional Designer collaborates closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop courses, e-learning modules, assessments, and training materials that adhere to best practices in adult learning.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze training needs and design instructional strategies to meet organizational goals.Create multimedia learning content including courses, e-learning modules, and training materials.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to develop engaging learning experiences.Develop assessments and training materials aligned with best practices in adult learning.Ensure content is tailored to the learner’s needs across various formats (online, in-person, hybrid).Essential SkillsWorking knowledge of instructional design models and tools such as ADDIE and SAM.Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate 360, DeepHow, Synthesia, and Vyond.Strong Microsoft Office skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in graphic design and multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and stakeholders.Attention to detail in content creation and formatting.Creative problem-solving and innovation in learning design.Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Work Environment

The position is based on-site at a manufacturing facility. It offers an exciting opportunity to create a training platform and includes employer-paid benefits.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $108000.00/yr.
