Instructional Designer
**QUALIFICATIONS:** + 2+ years of experience developing and implementing learning solutions in a corporate environment + Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Technology, or combination of ample/comparable work experience + Graphic design, and multimedia skills preferred + Experience using Agile methodology + Experience designing, developing and implementing eLearning process + Strong analytical skills + Strong intra-business consulting skills + Ability to effectively prioritize activities with little direction + Ability to use innovative ways to achieve business objectives + Proven ability to measure training programs through evaluations and appropriate data + Knowledge of user experience principles as they apply to learning + Ability to foster and maintain strong professional relationships + Embraces change, has passion and strong work ethic and a can-do attitude, can foster teamwork, and displays honesty and integrity in all situations + Willingness to work collaboratively in a remote work environment The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
