Responsibilities: * Instructional Designer will use adult learning principles with instructional design methodologies and techniques * Identify and create learning solutions to close performance gaps and change behavior * Presenting to all levels of leadership from associates to senior leaders * Building modern content using Domino; Flow, Storyline 360, Rise 360 preferred * Creation of learner-centric experiences and content that incorporate sound instructional design methodologies and UX design with practical application * Evaluation of learning solutions to close performance gaps and change behavior * Collaborating with peers to build solutions that solve business problems and opportunities
