About This Job
Designs and implements training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge. Identifies training needs, creates training materials, and delivers training sessions. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and makes necessary adjustments.Assisting in determining the learning needs of employees for professional and personal development; conducting assessments periodically to ensure that the needs are current and relevant.Collaborating with SMEs to design and implement training assessments to evaluate training effectiveness; preparing evaluation reports. Training or enabling employees in response to changes across our technology or services.Manages all online repositories that are used as resources for all service and operational roles. Develops or oversees the production of handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.Handling training-related communications, logistics, and documentation; ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.About Axos
