Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking an Instructional Designer. Summary: The Instructional Designer will perform basic needs analysis, develop content and recommend the best training modality to deliver that training. This position will work under the guidance of Manager, Training Technologies. As the Instructional Designer, you will organize course content to produce a curriculum that meets basic learning needs of the business. Responsibilities: * Develop and manages to timelines and milestones established * Collaborate with internal business partners to validate that curriculum solutions align to business priorities and strategy for operational effectiveness * Acquire and applies basic knowledge of the business, its products and processes to create training materials that solution business needs * Assist in managing content library with edits, modifications and updates as needed. * Perform other related duties as required and assigned * Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
