Instructional Designer - HS
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Instructional Designer. The role involves developing high-quality training solutions using prescribed tools while adhering to process quality, budget, and milestone standards. The industry is fast-paced and requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: • Develop training materials and curriculums with an emphasis on web-based training storyboard design and instructor-led training design. • Utilize communication skills to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues. • Manage and maintain customer credit records and process credit applications. • Collaborate with team members to ensure project success and provide input on process and continuous quality improvement. • Use your technical writing skills to create clear and concise training materials. • Utilize various systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Snagit, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite, to manage and organize training resources effectively. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. • Maintain a high level of proficiency in SharePoint for building and maintaining learning content. • Utilize your experience in instructional design or developing training content to create effective educational resources. • Adapt and turn existing content into engaging training materials.
