SUMMARY
This role focuses on assessing learning needs, creating engaging training materials, and measuring their effectiveness. It requires a background in instructional design, relevant experience, and proficiency in various design tools.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct a Learning Needs Assessment across all impacted teams and customers Create exercises and activities that enhance the learning process for end users Create supporting material/media to augment primary learning collateral in a variety of modalities (video, quick reference guides, talking points, animations, games, etc.) Devise methods of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of assigned training content Maintain project documentation and course folders Apply tested instructional design theories, best practices, and methods Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and understanding and drives the adoption of new processes, behaviors, and mindsets. Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audience’s educational needs Meet Content Development function goals, KPIs, and success measures and report out on progress toward these goals Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional designQUALIFICATIONS
BS, MA degree or certification in instructional design, educational technology, or similar education or experience With 3-5 years of experience in instructional design with instructional technology Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills (English) Thorough knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models across multiple modalities Visual design skills and ability to storyboard Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts Ability to plan and manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously Must be willing to in a fixed night shift schedule Must be willing to work on site for 3 months and Hybrid set-up afterREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Lesson and curriculum planning skills Basic HTML and flash programming knowledge Practical knowledge of various course-authoring software and learning management systems Adobe Captivate knowledge Articulate 360 knowledge#LI-MV1
