About This Role
Summary
Provide integrated training solution support for training systems analysis, Instructional Systems Design (ISD), courseware development, and integrated training solution proposals in support of the C-5 Aircrew Training System (ATS). Performs quality assessments of deliverable products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Act as Training Design Expert on assigned projects related to C-5 aircrew/maintenance training systems
+ Provide training expertise during proposal generation process
+ Command a clear understanding of all requirements for assigned projects
+ Assist in the development of Training Needs Analyses for assigned projects
+ Assist in the development of different levels of training tasks and products against training requirements
+ Assist in design of integrated training systems and device requirements
+ Support to marketing for prospective projects
+ Establish and develop training for departmental projects
+ Support of R&D activities related to assigned projects
+ Provide support to Business Development and Marketing Managers on all proposals
Qualifications and Education Requirements
+ AA (Associate of Arts) degree or higher in Educational Technology, Instructional Design or related field
+ 1-3 years of experience
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications
Language Skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Mathematical Skills
+ Must be able to interpret and analyze data and statistics and to apply concepts of basic calculations.
Reasoning Ability
+ Possess the ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
Preferred Skills
+ Prior courseware and/or syllabus development highly desired
Security Responsibilities
Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
+ Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.

+ This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
+ Ability to access actual C-5 aircraft or synthetic training devices on occasion
+ Ability to travel and work overtime as necessary
+ Ability to sit and operate a personal computer for long periods of time
