Instructional Trainer-MGMT
If you currently work remotely or work in a center, you may be considered to transition to a remote role with the expectation of regular travel to the corporate office and/or centers; if you are based in Charlotte, you will be required to work onsite at the corporate office.
This Is What You’ll Do:
Design and implement onboarding and development training programs tailored to QA, MP, or MGMT roles. Use SOPs and regulatory guidelines to support compliance through training. Facilitate engaging, virtual instructor-led training sessions with structured pre- and post-work. Collaborate with center leaders and stakeholders to assess training needs and address skill gaps. Manage centralized scheduling and deployment of instructor-led training sessions in the Learning Management System (LMS). Develop engaging training materials including eLearning modules, videos, and interactive presentations. Integrate adult learning principles and innovative tools to enhance training outcomes. Coach Designated Trainers across centers to improve facilitation, engagement, and training effectiveness. Offer real-time feedback, job aids, and ongoing support to ensure successful delivery at the center level. Identify trends, make data-driven recommendations, and continuously update training content. Support calibration and alignment efforts across all instructional delivery methods. Evaluate training effectiveness. Identify risks and opportunities for improvement using training data. Communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders regarding training timelines, expectations, and performance insights.This Is What It Takes:
Bachelor’s degree. One (1) year in a management role within a regulated environment. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual learning platforms, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, facilitation, project management, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and align with broader training strategies. Strong clinical assessment and customer service skills (MP-specific). Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), SOPs, and compliance auditing. Self-starter who can work independently while maintaining alignment with broader training strategies. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
