QualificationsRequired Skills:
5 years of experience in TechSIGINT / SIGINT operations providing Subject Matter Expertise.
5 years' experience in a formal classroom setting in the following operations related topics:Curriculum DevelopmentCourse Delivery/InstructionOperational TechSIGINT Ability to apply adult learning principles, theories, and practices using blended learning approachAbility to facilitate discussionAbility to incorporate real-world experiences into the learning environment
Desired Skills:
Instructor certification or designation (e.g. teaching certificate, certified professional instructor, master training specialist, or adjunct faculty certification)5 years of experience in curriculum development and design5 years of experience providing TechSIGINT and/or SIGINT training to professionals
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study; in lieu of degree an additional 4 years of experience
Clearance: Positions require a Top Secret security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.
