**Job Summary:**
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) services in the Adolescent Medicine Clinic
+ Develop treatment plans for clients
+ Communicate with primary care providers and other members of the IBH team
+ Provide initial comprehensive assessment of the behavioral needs of clients
+ Deliver individual and family therapy to clients
+ Refer clients and families to higher levels of care, if indicated

**Minimum Qualifications:**
**Instructor:**
+ MSW or equivalent from an accredited University
+ Licensure as a LCSW or LPC in the state of Colorado or ability to obtain licensure before start date
+ Training in CBT and Family Therapy
+ 1-3 years of experience working with adolescent population
**Condition of Employment:**
+ Must successfully pass a drug test through Children's Hospital Colorado
+ _Must be willing and able to pass a national criminal background check_

**_Preferred Qualifications:_**
+ _2-3 years of experience working in a patient centered medical home/primary care practice_
+ _2-3 years of experience working in an integrated behavioral health system_
+ _2-3 years of experience working with gender diverse youth_
+ _Training trauma focused CBT_
**_Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_**
+ _Excellent communication skills, both oral and written_
+ _Understanding of the adolescent population_
+ _Systems knowledge of the behavioral health landscape of the Metro Denver Area_
