Amentum is seeking highly motivated and dedicated **Instructors** to join our Tactical Network Program. As a committed team member, you are resourceful and driven to provide support to Army C5I programs that consist of complex communication systems that integrate with the Army’s tactical network. You will provide essential New Equipment Training (NET) support associated with the operation and maintenance of these systems specific to their tactical transport and networking capabilities. **Responsibilities:** + Serve as an instructor providing formal classroom instructor-led new equipment training (NET) and delta training to soldiers and customers IAW established programs of instruction (POIs) and other training materials. Training will be provided in both field and classroom environments and may include classroom, on-the-job instruction, practical operational training exercises, and/or computer based/aided training. + Evaluate student performance and conduct post training student assessment and reporting of training information + Provide input and assist in the development of TRADOC compliant training materials and other related logistics documentation + Provide counseling to students and assist students towards successful course completion + Ensure that all documentation, surveys and other training data is completed and reported **Minimum Requirements:** + Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance + Understand operations, and maintenance of Army Tactical Network weapon systems + Knowledge and understanding of Army force structure, tactics and communications networks + Position requires 50-75%+ travel + For Junior Level Positions: + Requires an Associate degree or 2 year technical school in a related field. Two years of additional direct relevant technical experience can be substituted for education. + Minimum of three years of training experience in military systems. Three years of military service (E6 or higher) may be considered as military training experience. + For Journeyman Level Positions: + Requires an Associate degree or 2 year technical school in a related field. Two years of additional direct relevant technical experience can be substituted for education. + Minimum of five years of training experience in military systems. Four years of military service (E6 or higher) may be considered as military training experience. + For Senior Level Positions: + Requires an Associate degree or 2 year technical school in a related field. Two years of additional direct relevant technical experience can be substituted for education. + Minimum of seven years of training experience in military systems. Four years of military service (E6 or higher) may be considered as military training experience. + For Subject Matter Expert Level Positions: + Requires an Bachelors degree. Four years of additional direct relevant technical experience can be substituted for education. + Minimum of ten years of training experience in military systems. Four years of military service (E6 or higher) may be considered as military training experience. **Compensation & Benefits:** HIRING SALARY RANGE: $65k to $95k (Annual rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
