Instructor/Trainer
Description We are looking for an Instructor/Trainer to join our team in the Higher Education industry, situated in Miami, Florida. This role involves supporting the goals of our department by ensuring customer service training aligns with our established business procedures. The position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you will be involved in the development and modification of training programs, as well as providing consistent customer service delivery. Responsibilities: • Ensure that customer service training and delivery aligns with the goals and objectives of our department • Assist in analyzing training needs and develop new training programs or modify existing ones • Contribute to the development and organization of training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement • Serve as a Customer Service Representative in our Call Center, answering calls and assisting users in resolving data entry issues • Assist in the production support of financial systems modules for subject matter experts, back-office personnel and University-wide users • Recommend changes to enhance financial systems and assist with the documentation of business processes • Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors • Assist with training new call center staff as needed • Utilize skills in Computer Programs, Accounting Functions, Attendance, Communication, Customer Service, Canvas, and Adobe Captivate to perform job duties efficiently and effectively. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Computer Programs, including Canvas and Adobe Captivate • Strong understanding of Accounting Functions • Excellent written and oral Communication skills • Proven Customer Service experience • Ability to maintain accurate Attendance records • Relevant experience in a Higher Education setting • Previous experience as an Instructor/Trainer is desirable • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Commitment to continuous professional development.
