Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Instructor/Trainer in Tukwilla, Washington, 98188, United States. The individual will mainly focus on delivering tailored training sessions both online and onsite for clients in the police and evidence management sector. This role entails an understanding of client needs, providing minor troubleshooting, and offering business analysis support. Responsibilities: • Deliver tailored training sessions online and onsite for law enforcement and evidence technicians • Understand and respond to the specific business requirements of clients • Conduct troubleshooting for training-related issues • Provide business analysis support to enhance the training programs • Travel for onsite client training as and when required • Assist in maintaining the quality of training by incorporating feedback from end-users • Lead in-service training sessions to ensure continuous learning and development • Develop and conduct initial training for new clients • Utilize evidence-based training methodologies to deliver effective training • Manage and conduct instructor-led training sessions. Core Benefits: M/D/V ST/LT/Disability Insurance Retirement Plan PTO/Holidays/Sick Time Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role such as Instructor or Trainer. • Demonstrated proficiency in Business Analysis. • Proven ability to conduct effective Training Sessions. • Experience with IT Training is essential. • Familiarity with Online Training methodologies and tools. • Proven track record in delivering Initial Training to new employees. • Expertise in Instructor-Led Training sessions. • Experience with In-Service Training, including refresher courses and updates. • Proficient in conducting End User Training. • Capability to provide Evidence of training effectiveness and outcomes.
