Instrument Supervisor

A prominent player in Offshore Energy Solutions, renowned for its cutting-edge floating production systems and services tailored for the Oil and Gas sector, as an exciting opportunity for an Instrument Supervisor. This key person will be authorized to exhibit instrumentation maintenance works on or pertinent to vessel. The role is located in Equatorial Guinea.
Mission: Will exhibit exemplary safety and supervisory leadership in all matters pertaining to instrumentation maintenance works on or pertinent to vessel. He is responsible for ensuring his subordinates are competent to carry out their allotted tasks. He will liaise effectively with other key management personnel.
Job Responsibilities: Maintain And Adjust The Condition Of Instrument Assets. Monitor And Assess The Performance And Condition Of Instrument Assets. Diagnose Faults In Instrument Assets. Monitor and Maintain Pollution Control Measures. Manage and Supervise Effectively. Emergency Response.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements: Proven experience and/or qualified to HNC/HND in instrumentation or recognised equivalent. 5 years’ experience desired with offshore experience preferred. Supervisory experience of Permit to Work, Mechanical Isolation Standards and Risk Assessment. Experience and knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems and utilities. Experience in Safety and Environmental Management Systems. Comp ex E‟X‟ Course preferred. Medically fit to offshore International standards such as ENG1 or equivalent Provide any additional duties as required by the OIM/Unit Spt. and /or HOD to maintain safe and efficient running of the Unit.
