Instrument Technician

Airswift is seeking for Instrument Technician to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company. 

QUALIFICATIONS Diploma DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ‘Goal Zero’ mindset shall be the primary work culture. Safety Leadership shall be demonstrated and visible. Active participation in ‘We Care’ walkdowns and share observations and learnings with team. Compliance to the Company's code of conduct, HSSE Procedures and Permit to Work are mandatory requirement Report to Instrument Supervisor and ensure individual mapped competency requirements and WALP requirements are achieved in the prescribed timeline. The Instrument Technician shall drive the WALP/Job Competency program with assistance of coach/Supervisor. The Instrument Technician will undergo the mandatory COMPEX training and successful completion will enable him to perform routine activities individually.
Ensure upgrading of technical and professional competence as part of individual development and active involvement in Instrument Maintenance Smart Systems, viz. NISS
, PCD Compliance. Accountable for the maintenance of Field Instrumentation by carrying out Flawless Asset Instrument Maintenance and/or assigned Turnaround responsibilities. Instrument Technician shall execute the assigned task with technical accuracy and efficiency. Accurate feedback that enables knowledge sharing and correct records in CMMS(SAP). Full utilization of the computerized maintenance management system. Active participation in the ME process thereby working towards achievement of team KPIs. Viz. CM/PM Compliance, Scheduled Attainment, SAP History Codes, etc. To participate in the assigned QA/QC assurance process of the Instrument Maintenance in the field/ workshop. Participate in Call-Out Duty Roster. Report Spare Issues to Supervisor and ensure follow up. Interface with other disciplines and departments to enable high quality maintenance execution. EXPERIENCE: Min 10 years’ experience oil and gas industry.
