The Opportunity:

Under close supervision, provide preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and calibration to analytical instruments; HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometer, electronic and mechanical equipment. Perform installations. Document and report all repairs and product failures.

Voor ons team van kalibratie medewerkers zijn wij op zoek naar een collega die ons komt versterken als Kalibratiemedewerker. Je zal instaan voor het uitvoeren van éénpunts- of meerpunts temperatuur kalibraties op klimaatkamers. Dit voor een temperatuur bereik van -80°C tot +200°C. De instrumenten waar je o.a. mee te maken krijgt, zijn incubatoren, vriezers, frigo’s,... die onze klanten in zeer kritische processen gebruiken.

Wat we zoeken 

Opleiding: Middelbaar onderwijs is een vereiste 

Ervaring: heb je reeds ervaring of ben je op zoek naar je eerste baan? We staan open voor beide! 

Talenkennis: Goede beheersing van Nederlandse taal en noties van Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. 

In het bezit van een rijbewijs B. 

Zelfstandig, standvastig en durft beslissingen te nemen. 

Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. 

Representatief, affiniteit met automatisering en nauwkeurig.   

Bereid om werken op locatie bij onze klanten en te overnachten in de buurt van onze klanten indien nodig. 

Hoe je zal groeien en een impact zal hebben 

Zelfstandig kalibratie werkzaamheden uitvoeren op laboratoriumappartuur. Dit betekent afwijkingen van apparatuur vaststellen en dit bijstellen. 

Kleine reparaties uitvoeren. 

De rapportage verzorgen van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden aan de klant. 

Een gedegen werkorder-administratie voeren. 

De planning opvolgen.   

Het kwaliteitshandboek en werkinstructies naleven. 

Vergadering bijwonen en deelnemen aan trainingen op het kantoor in Boxmeer en Haasrode.
