• Development of Instrumentation Testing protocols and procedures; Preventive Maintenance programs and procedures; and Resource Library for Electricians.
• Ensuring instrumentation operation complies with quality parameters.
• Assist with identifying and scheduling of routine/planned maintenance.
• Assist with troubleshooting and technical issues or concerns.
• Evaluate existing instrumentation and processes to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Conduct Root Cause analysis
• Assist with training production staff if required.
• Working with Operations and Engineering to design and develop new control processes.
• Provide as needed Controls support to Operations and Engineering.
• Assist with Installation of new control processes.
• May involve procurement and budgetary responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Required Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial electrical standards, practices, instrumentation, and NEC code requirements.
• Experience needed: 2 years' experience in chemical or other manufacturing/processing industry
• Skills and Abilities: The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively, including planning, scheduling and organizing.
• Communication: Ability to effectively write, listen and talk with all levels of an organizational structure including internal and external suppliers and customers
• Reasoning Ability: Good analysis, trouble shooting, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Language Ability: Effective written and verbal communication skills
The typical hiring range for this role is $105,000 to $159,000 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
