Job DescriptionJob Summary:
The I&C + Mechanical Maintenance Technician will perform proper diagnosis of any malfunctioning
machinery, general repairs, installing new equipment and systems and preventative maintenance
program on all assigned machinery

Duties & Responsibilities:
● Follow good housekeeping practices by keeping maintenance and tool storage area neat and
clean as well as timely cleanup of work area after each job is completed
● Install new equipment or rearrange existing equipment
● Is available on call for emergency repairs as needed to keep plant in good running order
● Maintain preventative maintenance records and perform preventative maintenance on plant and
road equipment
● Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Preferred:
● Instrument, Controls and Mechanical Maintenance Experience
● Electrical panel board experience
● Motor Controls experience
● Positive displacements pump repair experience
● Trade school experience for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or mechanical repair is highly
desired
Education & Experience
Required
● High School Diploma, G.E.D.
● Minimum of 1 year of Instrument and Controls, OR mechanical repair and maintenance work
experience
Preferred (if applicable):
● At least 1 year of Electrical install, repair, and maintenance work experience to include electronic
troubleshooting, PLC programming, and 480V 3 Phase electrical repair and maintenance
experience
● Electrical Certification
● Mechanical / Rotating Equipment Maintenance and training
Working Conditions
● Ability and willingness to perform physical duties such as lifting, climbing, working at elevated
heights, and manual dexterity
● Ability and willingness to work in range of environments to include but not limited to industrial
facilities, manufacturing facilities, and power industry facilities
