Turner Industries is hiring an experienced Instrumentation and Electrical Tech to join our nested maintenance team at a site in the Pasadena, TX, region.\n\nMust have or be able to obtain a TWIC Card\nMust have current Electrical License through TDLR\nNCCER in one or both crafts highly preferred\nMust be able to pass drug screen and safety council\n\n

General Job Description:
The I&E position plans layout, installs and repairs wiring, electrical fixtures and control equipment. Non-exempt role; Reports to the Foreman; Assigned duties according to specific procedures\/work is checked frequently. Conducts calibration of instrumentation both electronic and pneumatic, field and control room, and
installation of instrument loops.\n

Qualification Standards:
\u2022 High school or equivalent
\u2022 One (1) to four (4) years of experience in specified skill (depending on mechanic level)
\u2022 Written pre-employment qualification test if not NCCER certified
\u2022 Post-offer drug\/alcohol screen and physical evaluation
\u2022 Job site safety requirements as required by the client (clean shaven, long sleeves, steel toe boots, etc.)
\u2022 Safety equipment as required by the client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection,
safety harness with lanyard, etc.)
\u2022 Applicant\/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace\n
