ResponsibilitiesThe I&C Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design and modification of digital control systems for nuclear power plants. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a large team of I&C design engineers. Oversee personnel management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Foster team development and a collaborative work environmentOperational Efficiency: Ensure high utilization and productivity of the engineering team. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the teamQuality & Technical Excellence: Maintain and enhance the quality of design outputsClient & Business Support: Support proposal development and client interactions Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience including a minimum of 5 years supporting the commercial nuclear power industry, or similarExtensive experience in designing digital control systemsProfessional Engineering (PE) licenseStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesCommitment to continuous improvement and high-quality standards
Salary Range
The salary range for this full-time position is below. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
