Essential Responsibilities:
You will have ownership and accountability for I&C analog and digital electronics including field programmable gate array (FPGA) designs for engineering activities that support GEH Nuclear spanning the entire GEH portfolio.You will be responsible for driving GEH’s ISQO standards and all Environmental Health and Safety activities/requirements related to the team.You will be responsible for team CAP activities and implement all necessary corrective and preventive actions resulting from quality non-compliance monitoring and audit programsYou will be accountable for team KPI forecast accuracyYou will be responsible for bid management activities ensuring engineering deliverables are well defined, estimates and resource loaded schedules are developed and risks identified and documented.You will be accountability for delivering products and services on-time and on-budget.You will be responsible for team resource planning and project/program assignments. You will work collaboratively across the engineering matrix and with business leaders in Product Development, Project Delivery, Sourcing and Quality to ensure close coordination of technical inputs/outputs, project/product requirements, workforce planning/scheduling and risk management.You will be accountable for team individual development and knowledge management activitiesYou will have ownership to streamline, integrate and develop team technical and management processes to better support business needs across the organization through Lean and/or Six Sigma methodology.You will act as a technical liaise with customers, partner organizations and suppliers as necessary and in close partnership/coordination with Product Development and Project Delivery leaders.Partner with business teams and presents product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads across GEHRequired Qualifications:

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 2/25/2025.
