Job Description
Meet at the shop in Tea every morning at 7 AM and travel with the crew to the jobsite. Insulation works in teams of 2 and texture works in teams of 3. We are looking for hardworking, fast-moving people willing to put in overtime each day.

This position allows you to work independently and gain entry into a construction environment. There is a lot of overtime available, and you can move between texturing and insulation tasks to gain more variety in your work.
Work Environment
Start at 7 AM and work until the job is done, which could be as late as 7 PM. Candidates must be comfortable with no set end time. The environment may be dusty. Insulation work can be colder in the winter, and texturing can be hotter in the summer, so you must be okay with working in various elements. Open to Spanish speakers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
