In this role you will be responsible for installing insulation materials in buildings and other structures to regulate temperature and sound containment. The job requires attention to detail, ability to work with various insulation materials, and knowledge of safety procedures. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the type and amount of insulation needed. + Select insulation materials according to the application and the desired performance. + Measure and cut insulation materials to fit around pipes, ducts, walls, and other structures. + Install insulation materials by stapling, gluing, wiring, or nailing them to surfaces. + Seal and finish insulation work to prevent air leaks and moisture accumulation. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use protective gear as required. + Clean up work area and dispose of waste materials properly. + Communicate with supervisors and other tradespeople to coordinate work and resolve issues. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Experience in insulation installation or related field preferred. + Knowledge of insulation materials and their properties. + Ability to operate insulation-cutting tools, power tools, and hand tools. + Understanding of safety regulations and ability to follow safety procedures. + Physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces and at heights. + Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. + Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required. **Notice to prospective employees: There have been fraudulent postings and emails regarding job openings.
