Job Summary:
This position will assist Account Managers with the assigned personal lines book of business, renewal process, preparation of proposals and account summaries, and enter client activity in the agency system. In a dynamic environment like Acrisure, an Account Coordinator must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills and a firm understanding of personal lines insurance will enhance their effectiveness in contributing to the success of the account management team.
Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: As the primary contact for clients, they ensure all requests and inquiries are managed promptly and effectively, fostering strong client relationships.Account Management Support: They assist account managers with crucial tasks such as proposal preparation, renewal management, and processing endorsements. This often requires coordination with various departments to address all client account facets satisfactorily.Data Entry and Record Keeping: A significant duty includes maintaining precise records of client information, communications, and transactions within company systems to guarantee seamless account operations.Communication: They facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, swiftly addressing client needs and resolving any issues that arise.Administrative Tasks: Managing scheduling, documentation, and other administrative duties are essential for supporting the account management team efficiently.Problem Solving: Proactively identifying potential client account issues, resolving them independently, or escalating as necessary forms a critical part of their role.Requirements:
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, required.High attention to detail and organization skills.Excellent communication skills.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to interact with diverse personalities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Willing to obtain the necessary P&C insurance license(s).Benefits & Perks:
