Job Summary:
The Personal Lines Marketing Specialist is integral in collaborating with sales and service teams to deliver optimal insurance solutions, ensuring thorough market analysis, timely quotations, and proactive risk management. A specialized knowledge and experience in the field is necessary for this position. There will be a combination of independent work with occasional supervisory duties requiring strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Work with sales and service teams on recommended markets
Gather additional information/supplemental applications required to obtain quotations
Establish and recommend appropriate coverages on new submissions
Determine with sales and service teams the best placement and terms for renewing accounts
Follow-up with carriers so that new and renewal quotes are delivered on a timely basis
Negotiate to get the best coverage/pricing/add-ons available to a client
Provide technical support to sales; specifically in analyzing client needs
Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverages in coordination with sales

Requirements:
P & C License
Strong organizational skills- ability to discern priority and initiative.
Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
Attention to detail is a must.
Knows and applies the principles of area of specialty to everyday situations.
Education/Experience:
High School diploma required, Associate Degree or higher preferred
Prior experience in the group health insurance industry preferred.

Pay Details:
Annual Salary: $65,000 - $75,000Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
