The insurance clerk is responsible for creating, working, and processing post-acute claims while also posting of payments from insurance companies and patients. The insurance clerk will work in all EMR/EHR systems within Holzer to ensure correct claim and patient information. The clerk will work with insurance payers as needed to ensure proper payment. The insurance clerk will perform the above duties as well as other duties assigned by the Post-Acute Revenue Cycle Manager.
