Insurance Compliance & Quality Assurance Coordinator

AAA Club Alliance is currently seeking a remote Insurance Compliance & Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team ! The Coordinator is responsible for multiple varied Insurance Agency policyholder data elements accuracy, quality control, sales and service compliance and support related functions. Audit insurance applications, documentation and daily transactions for Club and Carrier defined compliance standards. Process policy corrections, system suspense updates and agency management system coding.
**This is a work from home position but candidates must live within our footprint**

+ The starting base compensation for this position is $12.83 to $24.62 hourly. The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.

What we need from you:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 2 years of experience within the Insurance industry, insurance underwriting preferred.
+ Active Property & Casualty license required.
+ Proficient desktop computing skills; thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite software and experience in effectively using Microsoft Word, and Excel to create documents and reports.
+ Excellent attention to detail, as demonstrated by regularly verifying all work thoroughly to ensure accuracy.
+ Demonstrated ability to track, organize and prioritize workload and request resources and information as needed.
+ Working knowledge of underwriting construct.
+ Knowledge of customer service delivery systems.
+ Ability to work autonomously and interact with multi-levels and departments.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting multiple deadlines.
+ Ability to meet departmental attendance standards, work weekends and overtime as necessary.
+ Excellent analytical, technical and written/oral communication skills.
+ Excellent problem-solving ability.
+ A high degree of professionalism and integrity.
What you will be doing:
+ Audit new and renewal applications and policy submissions for completeness and accuracy.
+ Responsible for auditing agent and carrier policy transactions. Ensure that insurance policies are issued in accordance with individual Agency, Carrier and organizational guidelines; in compliance with existing regulatory standards.
+ Process policy updates and endorsements via Carrier proprietary system; documenting and communicating changes with sales agents and agency management system entries.
+ Assist Compliance & QA Specialist with monthly reports documenting errors and findings to the appropriate agent and manager.
+ Identify and provide potential Error and Omission issues to Comp/QA management.
+ Process corrections and re-entry of data inconsistencies, all systems and applications.
+ Complete monthly reports from Management and Agency Administration.
+ Maintain documentation for routine audits by management and carriers.
+ Maintain current with all agency and carrier compliance.
+ Identify, resolve and update policies left in agency systems suspense.
+ Provide monthly referrals to improve membership sales, insurance product sales, and driving school registrations.
+ Provide backup phone coverage for insurance calls.
+ Utilize automation capability to perform all functions.
+ Protect and maintain account files and department records in accordance with Agency and Carrier regulatory compliance requirements.
